Participation Conditions

1. The theme of the exhibition is open.

2. Participation is open to both national and international artists.

3. There is no participation fee or jury.

4. Submitted works will not be returned to the artist/participant.

5. Each participant may submit up to two (2) artworks.

6. The technique is unrestricted; however, works must not exceed A4 size.

7. For works in different disciplines (not on paper/cardboard), hanging mechanisms must be prepared and included with the submission.

8. Works must be previously unexhibited.

9. Works can be sent enclosed in an envelope or as postcards.

10. After the exhibition, an e-participation certificate, participant list, and e-catalogue will be prepared digitally and published on the official exhibition website (https://15four-mailart.adiyaman.edu.tr/).

11. Participation submissions must be sent via postal mail. Digital works sent by email and bulk submissions will not be accepted.

12. All participants acknowledge that their submitted works have no commercial value. The phrase "No Commercial Value" must be written on the back of each work.

13. After the exhibition, works will be archived at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Adıyaman University, and all rights (exhibition, publication, usage) will belong to the Faculty of Fine Arts, Adıyaman University.

14. Participants consent to their works being published on the official website, social media channels, e-catalogue, posters, and similar platforms.

15. If deemed necessary, the final submission deadline, exhibition date, and location may be revised and announced via the official website and social media accounts.

16. Our university is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses occurring during postal transit.

17. Works containing racist, political, fanatic, pornographic, sexist, defamatory, or similar inappropriate content will not be included in the exhibition.

18. Participants must write clearly in capital letters on the back of their works: Full Name, Title of the Work, Technique, Dimensions, Year, City/Country, Address, Email, and social media contacts (e.g., Instagram) for communication purposes.
